Aircraft Movement Declaration System
Introduction and business benefits

The system provides customers with one-stop compliant declaration services covering filing-type declarations (aircraft filing, flight filing, route filing, and temporary-port customs filing), inbound / outbound movement declarations (same-day flight plans, inbound / outbound pre-alerts / confirmed reports, general declarations, and in-port movement declarations), and stores / supplies declarations (catering, fuel, aircraft parts, other stores, and animal / plant waste materials) — achieving full-process coverage of port declarations. A 7×24 professional team responds to customer needs at any time; stores / supplies declarations are not billed separately, keeping fees transparent and controllable. Experts also communicate and coordinate with customs on the customer’s behalf, effectively resolving declaration difficulties and greatly reducing clearance risk and administrative burden.
